Returns

For product returns or inquiries, please contact us at info@natrabliss.com. Defective products must be returned within 7 days of receiving the return shipping label. Please note that soap bars are non-refundable. Once we receive your return, we will issue a full refund.

If your order is damaged during shipping, please report the issue directly to your postal carrier.

Shipping Policy

We prepare Natrabliss products fresh upon receiving your order. Please allow approximately 5 business days for shipping. Smaller orders and stocked items may arrive sooner.

During the holiday season (Oct–Dec), shipping may take longer, so we recommend placing orders in advance.

Privacy Policy

Your information is never shared with third parties. We use it solely for order processing and our mailing list.
